Geldt dit ook voor jou en wil jij Nederland graag tijdelijk of zelfs definitief omruilen voor Spanje? Dan is het natuurlijk wel belangrijk dat je precies weet waar je allemaal op moet letten. Om een (vakantie)huis te kopen in Spanje moet je verschillende zaken regelen. Ten eerste is het van belang dat je over een NIE-nummer komt te beschikken. Dit is vergelijkbaar met een BSN-nummer en kan aangevraagd worden bij de Spaanse Ambassade of het Consulaat. Het is belangrijk dat je hier ruim voordat je daadwerkelijk een woning wilt kopen in Spanje mee aan de slag gaat, aangezien het behoorlijk lang kan duren voordat je het NIE-nummer ontvangt. Op deze manier maak je wel alvast kennis met de Spaanse bureaucratie.

Heb je hulp nodig bij het aanvragen van je NIE nummer, ook al verblijf je op dit moment nog in Nederland, schroom dan niet contact op te nemen met ons, wij kunnen je helpen.

Naast een NIE-nummer dien je te beschikken over een Spaanse bankrekening. Deze kan je aanvragen bij een bank naar voorkeur, maar hiervoor moet je al wel in het bezit te zijn van een NIE-nummer. Tot slot heb je natuurlijk ook nog de financiële middelen nodig. Houdt er rekening mee dat je bij de financiering van een woning in Spanje maximaal 70% van de aankoopwaarde gefinancierd krijgt. Daarnaast zijn de kosten koper van gemiddeld 15% ook voor eigen rekening. Zo’n 45% van het totale bedrag zal je dus zelf moeten betalen en een huis kopen in Spanje is dan ook niet mogelijk zonder eigen geld.
